Grrrr summit racing.

Yes, Summit originated out of Ohio, south of Cleveland near Akron. I used travel by their showroom every couple of weeks. If you're ever in the area, it's well worth checking out. I haven't been there in a couple of years, but they usually had couple dragsters etc. On display.

Only been to Ohio once and that was Columbus for the Mopar Nationals ,

I've ordered through Summit for years...probably 6-8 times a year. Always had great service.
They are based in Ohio, but also ship parts from Nevada, and Georgia...always on time or early.

My summit experence

I got some new flat black steelies & I wanted some black lug nuts to match, no chrome for me... Anyhoo I ordered the nuts from Summit they came in packs of 4 so I ordered 6 packs. I got my delivery before Christmas, went out of town, left the box in the garage for a few weeks before I went out to install them.
What do I see? 5 packs of 4 lug nuts in the box! I searched & searched & couldn't find the 6th pack. There's no way Summit would have make a mistake
like that, my packing slip says there is 6 packs in there!
Finally I call Wendal & tell him I think he sent me 5 packs instead of 6 as indicated on the packing slip.
Wendal- "There is NO WAY we could have sent you 5 packs because we scan every item as we place it in the box and then it automatically prints the slip."
Me- "I can't believe it Wendal! You guys have NEVER made a mistake in all the times I have ordered from you, I must have opened the box & lost them. I'll just order another set"
Wendal- " Don't worry about it, I'll send you a new pack & express ship it, it should be there tomorrow"
Well as promised, the very next day, I came home from work & That little box was sitting on my doorstep.
Here is the twist- When I was getting my camping gear ready a few weeks ago I found the missing pack of lug nuts!
I'm gonna call it CK5 Karma. The universe is now balanced.:weapon29:

I have ordered parts from Summit and Jegs and have never had a problem with either. I prefer Summit's website though.
Lately, within the last year I have been ordering everything from Amazon. My wife has an Amazon Prime account, we get anything that is sold by amazon with free 2 day shipping. It is great. I have had to return a couple things to them for random reasons and their returns are easy as well.
