guessing this is a no

Depends............how do you feel about fender trimming? :D

I run 35's on my K5, but the front fenders have been trimmed. No problems with the rears.

33' fills up the fender well pretty good. I did some slight trimming and it still rubs with any flex at all. 33's stock height is passable but 35's you will want a lift i would think

Depends on your wheels too. I'm on 33s no lift 16.5x9.75 wagon wheels. I'd need to go stock steelies to stuff 35s or I'd have to cut a bunch

right now 15 inch wheels, i had 33s with 0 trimming 0 rubbing. these tires will go on a 16 inch rim. i would probably be ok with some trimming. i can get a set of 35s for 150$ from a friend so im thinking im gonna give it a shot. no money for a lift so trimming it is hehe

If your not afraid to trim, you can fit just about anything.

My stock height big tire success list to date

36x12.50 swamper bias plys stock rims

11r16 stock rims ( round 39" tall but very narrow)

35x12.5 on stock rims ( come on this is easy)

37x13.50 boggers on aftermarket aluminum rims

37x14.50 Toyo Mts on some 15x10 rims ( aftermarket)

Put the tires on and trim to fit. I did the 36" swampers twice on 2 different trucks first time I trimmed way too much, second time I took my time and flexed it out several times and just trimmed what needed to be trimmed. Its not as much as you think.

The wider rims and aftermarket rims I redrilled the spring plate and move the axle forward an inch ( a free version of the ez inch, without the inch part) This helps with wider tires.

Why no one copies the link from the thread's post count :doah: Luckily yours was the same page, and not page 51/198 lol

Had to check it out, as I'm interested in the OPs thread, and yours, and what ya did there. But I'm assuming that's not a wheeler though huh. Those tires fit street driving only? I might go around the 38" size, but not interested in lift, or at least not a lot of lift, maybe 2". Wanna keep that COG low :D

I have to say that what I had there would be very hard to replicate. That tire size isn't available anymore. About the only other thing close would be 38x11 boggers. Some sort of 37x12.5 would fit great. Just have to watch the wheel offset.

The stock front suspension has almost no up travel. Just down. I could flex it out and there was no rubbing.

i gotta find some 16 inch wheels before i can mount these, ill get some pics up when its all coming together, i still have to fix my transmission first, :doah:

Good food for thought. Thank ya sir. Now back to your regularly scheduled thread. :waytogo:

I'm running 38.5" boggers on 12" wide wheels with 4" lift. Trimmed it pretty good, but forgot stupid sway bar is hooked up, but every now n then it will rub a little. Need to get fresh blades and trim some more....Once I get a good pic (and get membership back) I'll post up....
