My k5 didn't come with all the lug nuts so I need to buy a set. Will any 8 lug chevy ones work? Was looking at these

Be careful. The older trucks use an SAE thread, the newer 8 lugs use a metric thread. My axles came from an 86 K20 and required an SAE thread (9/16-18). Of course, 3/4 ton lugs are bigger than the half ton ones.

The lug nuts you list will only fit newer trucks, unless you/someone swapped the lugs at some point.

The 14mm, 1.5 thread nuts in that eBay auction will not work on a 70's axle. As stated, wrong thread.
