H2 wheel lugs

I used stock lug nuts....

They are still 60 degree taper. But they need the larger bulge acorn size. the H2 used m14 studs. the wheels fit over 9/16th just fine
Im assuming you want to fit them on a 9/16th stud, if so. I used the lug nuts for a ram 3/4-1 ton with steel wheels. Dorman 9221246
