H2 wheels Chevy center cap?

Will these work for my H2 wheels on my K5? Yes I have the conversion thread lug nuts on it already.

them be 6 lug not 8 lug needed for h2 rims.

You can fit the 8 lug ones with some cap trimming. A number of people here have done it
