H2 wheels on \'98 3/4 ton 4x4 chevy ?\'s

I was wondering if anyone knows if H2 wheels will fit a '98 8 lug 4x4 easily? I know the lug pattern is the same, but is the backspacing (5") descent for my truck? Also will the center caps fit over the big hubs on my truck? Thanks, your help is greatly appreciated.

<font color="green"> I think the center holes need to be reamed out to fit over the hubs. The backspacing is a bit much, but with a narrowish tire they will work. I have seen one truck with the wheels on it, not sure if it was on CK5 though. </font>
