Half a 203 rebuild???

Stephen do you sell individual parts for the range box of a np 203? What I need is the gasket thats under the alu bearing retainer on the back of the range box. Why you ask, did I have it off, while tearing down the 203 for my gen2 I got two of those fat needle bearings stuck behind the high/low range gear and had to completely dissassemble the range box. SUCKS!

DoI even need a gasket in there? Will RTV work?

I would just use some RTV

Stephen is gone this week so I will be trying to help out as much as I can.

I would just clean things up real good and do a RTV seal.

By the time they ship the 1 gasket to you it is going to be pricey.

RTV should work there, watch your bearing clearance to make sure but that's a thin gasket so I don't think it has to be in there. If you need it, we have them but the shipping will be more than the part for sure. Maybe we could send it with another order?

Went with Miniwally and just put a thin coat of RTV.



I got an order in at ORD now , I think I'm waiting on 3.562 U-bolts for my Dana70 and then the whole mess is getting shipped to Cincinnati. All I want extra is a couple stickers !

The Gen2 went together sweet, as did the triple stick!
