thanks

No covers yet, but they are in the works :thumb:

CanadianTrailblazer has tube doors on his '72 K5 that use the factory door handles, and have removable black vinyl covers. IIRC he used some small solid round stock to fill in the door opening in places, and the whole deal lifts off the tube door for wheeling.

I wish i would have taken pic's when he was here...but you might try a search on his user name or photo album. Better yet, send him a pm and see if he'll post some pic's.

Here are my half doors. Plans are to use 1/4 turn holders like our semi truck cold front snaps and make a canvas soor with clear plastic windows like soft top heeps.

I did a search for IIRC, and came up with nothing. Is he still a memeber?

Those are his canvas doors...and you can see they appear to be regular doors painted black. I can assure you that those are tube doors with removable vinyl though. From what i recall it takes less than 5 seconds to remove the vinyl covers.
