I've seen this post on here before but can't seem to find it. I'm looking at making a half door for my drivers side and was wondering if anyone has any detailed instructions on how to do this. Also I have a lincoln welder and have tried to weld the thin body metal and it either burns right through or just globs up on the surface; I can't seem to get a good weld. Any ideas?
