Anyone know what he used for this? Or any other ideas for this type of set up on my Blazer...

it looks like he cut the stock top on both sides of the window and joined the tow halfs, in other word he cut the window out.

for what it's worth, i've seen a few threads in the past posted about this type of top and have seen "stock-like" versions for sale on craigslist. this way, they actually bolt to the cab. i think that someone in MA found one and bought it - wanted to turn his truck into an "avalazer" or something...

looks almost like he grafted in the tailgate to be able to put the window up and down.it looks pretty sweet.

Im fairly certain it is just mounted there. Last I remember when I was laying in cagework sideways bolting the top on there wasnt any part of the tailgate back there.

Front 6" ish of factory top and the rear chunk put together. Whatever you retain from the rear will also have to be split in the middle width wise and spread out. Bedrails by the cab are slightly wider than back by the tailgate.

Window is Lexan. Built a lower track and used some window seal in the track all the way around and screwed the lower track in place.

Built a wall for the "NEW" lower track to sit on and added a seal between the lower wall and the track.

It's pretty water tight as far as rain is concerned. It is still pretty heavy and will hopefully at some point be ditched in favor of a soft half top type setup depending on whether it survives till buggy build time...

That's sick....I could use that hunting season to close off the cab and keep the back open...now I need to see if my dog box could fit in the back...May save me buying a pickup to hunt in....
