halogens on the rear....

What do ya'll think of puting halogens on the rear of truck for those a-holes that like driving on your ass at night???

I just got a set of Halogen lights to mount in the rear for reverse. I have a solid after market bumper. Does anyone have ideas and\or pics on where to mount them. I do not want to mount them on the bottom of the bumper because they would sit too low (they might get ripped off) and there is no way in cutting the bumper to make holes. Ideas?
