you might try a search in the toyota forum over on pirate. Pretty much all those guys have sticks... and the ones that do rocks frequently have hand throttles they have assembled using bike brake levers attached to their 5-speed shifter.

mine is just a brake lever off of a bike mounted to the 4spd shifter... cable runs down the shifter, thru the firewall, and hooks to the carb. Works great and cost about $3 bucks
