I got one earlier this year - my buddy snatched one up off of eBay for me while I was at work and could not order it; he’s a pretty good guy and goes by “NVRENUF” .I’m looking for the bell crank type of hand throttle assembly, not sure what years are like this (vs cable).

You old bastard - ya’ need the hand throttle to act as a form of cruise control because you are too old and feeble to press the gas pedal continuously
It’ll be a make shift cruise control so I can take a nap while I’m going places.

I installed one in the Crawlabago as well.
I've owned it for over 30 years and it has been in three different trucks.
So far I've had 2 hits on FB groups but each was a bust; the first the guy claims he broke it removing it from the truck ('74) and the second the guy wanted $600(!!!). I sent the second guy pics of the one that sold here for $300 and one @tarussell just bought on ebay for $230 then politely told him that if he decided to get more competitive on the price to let me know.
