Lately when starting my truck up it sounds like it barely cranking. Its sounds like the battery is almost dead but the battery is only a month old? Any suggestions? /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

Are your cables in good shape? Bad starter? Timing too far advanced?

The starter is brand new. So is the battery and cables. The engine was taken out of a 90 blazer and rebuilt. Timing is correct.... Im just stump.. as usual. /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif

Just to be redundant, try a different battery. I had an optima that only lasted 3 months. /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif
