hard steering and no clue

Here is the problem I just rebuilt my steering box, I also drilled and taped it for hydro. Until I get the ram I just plugged the holes. When I put the box on it was hard to turn the tires, at first I thought that it was because there was air in the system but this problem still continues and I have no idea on what to do. Any help or thoughts are all greatly appreciated.

have you cracked the lines at the pump and the box for bleeding also the plugs arn't going to far in and possably rubbing against something. hopefully this will help

Did you adjust the sector shaft depth? Could have gottenit too deep.
