hard to find tie downs?

my dad has an old 80s Furd that he bought and is trying to fix up. It has the old school style bed-side tie down hooks on it, like this...

anyone know where to find these little devils? Only one shop has them in my area apparently, they even they have to special order ($$$) them. Anyone know of a good online source? These things used to be hella common... and before dad $pends a bunch of coin, I'd like to find him a better deal. Thanks in advance!

dammit, i knew i should have taken those off. i just dumped a suburban off at the wrecking yard that had 8 of those. ill go down there tomorrow and see if they are still there and snag-em.
