ive got a 90 blazer and the top has never been off. got out all the bolts and broke the seal towards the cab. but the back corners will not budge. i was wonderin if anyone had some tricks or ideas as to how this could come off? thanks

There are two bolts hidden behind the side panels in the rear, remove the sidepanel corners and you will see them.

And once you remove them, throw them away because the top seals just fine when you put it back on without those. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

My 1985 Blazer tells you about these bolts. My 1990 GMC Jimmy doesn't. Did yours have those securty torx bolts, with the pins in the middle of the torx?

Running without the top is allot of fun.

When it's off though my g/f calls it the "red neck mobile". No one understands me. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
