Put the hardtop back on the '77 so let the ''Oregon winter'' begin now...kept the hardtop off from about Memorial Day weekend until yesterday. Luckily for me the Blazer parks in the garage so it works well to keep it off all summer/early fall.

I didn't get the chance to take the top off my jimmy this summer, so jealous of you guys that did. I think I will pull mine off next spring and plasti dip it.

Had mine off for about 2 months, and it was the best...

As soon as I have a place with a garage, that stupid top is never going on lol.

I'm glad I was there to pop your top virginity. All that whining and delaying and now your hooked. :pimp:

It really is life changing.... Ive had the idea of saying screw having rear passengers.. and building a cage just for frame strength that runs at the bedrails at its highest point... Just to keep the stock look because I love it lol...

Its not cool unless it is a full top.

You half top guys are just like a truck with the back window out :haha:

My truck squeaks all the time. It didn't squeak until the first time I took it to rausch creek. It made tons of horrible popping body panel noises and squeaks offroad and it has just gotten progressively worse. I imagine some welds have popped and other things too, but I really couldn't care less.

the only time i have had my top off is for paint. its been cold here for a month now and i love the hard top for this time of year. once i find a place to put the hard top during the summer i will take it off, and i would like to eventualy get a soft top for it for summer time, but still use the hard top in winter.

Went topless for the first time this year, man was it fun I had to put mine back on before the muzzle deer hunt. Glad I did cause it snowed on us. here is pics if you dont mind them. first one is the day I took it off that was a blast then the deer hunt. But I was glad to have it back on.

I need to find a house with a garage tall enough to fit my truck :(

Mine fits by a fraction of an inch. I scrap for about 3 inches the garage door opening weather striping just a tiny bit when pulling in when the rear tire hits the garage concrete pad.

It did not fit when I ran my 38'' boggers. But now with 37'' BFG Mud terrains it barely fits. The oldest vehicle is in the garage, the way it should be :)

Hahaha I love it! I only have 37"tires and would probably have to take all my wheels off to get it in my garage. I did pick up a carport with a tarp cover from Costco that it barely fits in. When I build a house I will have a 2 car garage with an over sized 3rd bay next to it with a 10' high door so no matter what I'm working on I can pull it in

No you need a barn/shop big enough for your truck, the house can come later :thumb:

My garage on my house is strickly for parking now, the barn/shop is for tools and toys :)

Hahaha my dream is a huge garage with a nice house attached to it ;)

yah mine was a huge shop lots of property and a nice fixer upper. My wife wanted a nice kitchen right away, with a fenced in yard in a sub. Guess who won?

I guess we both won, she got her nice house, and kitchen that I don't have to fix up. And I'm almost done building my barn.
