has anyone ever seen / owned one of these?

Ooh.

Prolly a VW bug chassis, with all the pros and cons that come with it. IIRC there was an outfit that made a Bug-sized chassis that fit SBC's, so you could make it crazy fast if you could still find such a thing. Prolly easier/cheaper/simpler to just get a hotrod VW motor -- not like the thing is made to fit a radiator!

Many of the 70's kits were, let's say, highly dependent on the assembler for the end result... which is why you mostly see them being sold unfinished. They take a bazillion man hours, and require parts which were obscure 20-30 years ago, so even harder to find now. Expect to hone your fab skills in steel and fiberglass to complete such a thing, never mind the work to make the interior nice.

That one at least *looks* mostly all there, which is a plus. Pricing is an absolute crapshoot, since kits are so obscure.

What, like I've ever contemplated finding a Fiberfab Aztec 7? :surepal: I actually saw one local on CL a few years ago but had enough sense to stay away ... too many projects as it is.

A guy a few miles down the road from me has one of thoes. It's unfinished, see it in the garage when the door is open. Every now and then I'll see it pushed out into the driveway. Never really seen any progress made on it.
