Has anyone ever seen this D60 brake upgrade?

So what gives? Is the caliper extra large?

Disc is way larger, thicker, and the caliper is much bigger with dual pistons.

Cool. I wasn't sure just by the pic. That appears it would be a good upgrade for sure.

The video at the bottom of the link page explains it

Someone on here has it...

Guy with the SAS'd 2500 w the supercharged LS

That sounds like an awesome build..... . I hope he chimes in so I can check it out :D

I have it , uses 2003 to current Ram HD rotors and calipers . You have to run 17" wheels or be prepared to grind.

Install was easy, have not got to actually use them yet as the axle is not in the truck yet.

I remember him having stud length issues since it uses a slip over rotor.

I went to a longer stud on my setup , it's a dorman part number I will see if I can find the box.

Sweet. The calipers aren’t bad either. 70 bucks each.
Looks like 70 for a rotor too. So 5 benjis for all new upgraded brakes.

For me It was cheaper to do this kit then to rebuild the brakes with stock components, and since I was missing one of the stock caliper brackets for my axle it just made the most sense.

Yeah I’ll be doing the same. My rotors are shot and the calipers need rebuilt so.....maw.
Thanks for posting that part number for studs.

It's only mentioned briefly...

With a matched master cylinder

This is the biggest problem when it comes to pedal feel and performance. I've never seen anyone who is selling any kind of brake upgrade for US, mention the correct MC we need. Can this upgrade be done and still use a booster? Or does the flow/pressure needed require a larger MC and thus hydroboost?

My truck has hydro boost already , but I am using the rear axle from a 2006 dodge with discs so I'm looking at possibly upgrading my master with something larger.

Sure
Then sell it to the masses without any need for customer support. “The internet will help them”

Lol
