There are some older threads about this but thought I'd get some updated pics.

I think I'm going to make the switch to 37's and 17 inch rims on my hooptee. I have right around 5-6" of lift and I know some on here have been able to make some massive tires work with that much soo....it looks like some trimming is in my future. I'd like to see some pics of trimming jobs that keep the awesome lines that our rigs have. When I get back to San Diego in August, my biatch is going under the knife.:D

39.5 TSL's on 16.5 wheels with 8" of lift and trimming is a must.
(getting rid of the front inners is looking suspect too)

My front inners are gone already anyway, had to make room for the engine cage. You did an awesome job, that's kind of the look I'm going for. Keep the pics coming.

Just to shamelessly post a pic - I have 37x12.5x17 BFG Krawlers on 8" of lift with no fender trimming - my wheels are 17x9 with 4.5" backspacing IIRC

I have 38" Ground Hawgs with 6" of lift and hit the firewall with the swaybar on...I will have to move the axle forward, which of course means crossover so I don't end up with a little bitty drag link...

Sorry, I'm looking for first gen pics, to get an idea of where to cut mine. Nice rig though. :waytogo:

Here are some of mine. 6" lift front and 7" in rear but with cage, tire carrier, bumper got some sag. 37" BFG Krawlers and pretty major trimming. I just took blue masking tape and marked out where I wanted to cut.
