Here is my front and rear bumper's hope it helps, they are made out of 8 inch C channel thats 1/4 inch thick

hre are my front and rears. fornt is 8" C channel

rear is 2x4x 3/16

frame brackets are 7/16 plate adn the shackle mounts are rockstomper
