hey guys i have a 76 k5 with a 350,465,205 with a 12 bolt and ten bolt the rearend is binding up going down the road anyone have suggestions

Hard to be of any assistance without more information.
Is the bind a new thing? how is it binding up? Is it from a lift installation? have you changed anything that would now cause bind?

no lift,havent changed a thing it just binds up like the breaks are on when putting power to it but u can coast and it rools fine
does it have a posi in there? many came from factory with a posi in the rear, could be going?
or maybe the question should be *did* it have a posi?

Try jacking it up and turning the wheels by hand, feeling for resistance. Doesn't sound like brakes, but you could pull the drums off at the same time to check.
I'd pull the cover, open diffs tend to eat through the pinion gear cup washers, and then bind up. Probably slowly grinding the gear teeth down.

anyone know what my problem is it rolls fine but when u put power to ir it binds
