Hd shackle

Just received my order. Thanks for fast service.
I have a question about the HD front shackles. I received 2, 1/2" greasable bolts, 1 hole the shackles is 1/2" the other is 9/16"
Is this correct ?

called and got an answer, the 9/16ths hole goes with front upper shackle hanger which is back ordered. so I got what I need.
