1982 Chevy K10. had a rancho lift on it that looked to be about 2-4" leather seats with heat and power. retrofit power windows and locks. tons of money into the motor and paint. the rear tires were 35's and the fronts were 33's. it was nice looking and I told him I would give him $1500 as a trade in. I know I would be robbing the guy, but I didn't want him to trade it.

He has over $20,000 invested and its not a frame off resto. still has a rubber floor and 1/2 ton axles.

the tires make the 4wd useless. there is a plow and a dump bed so you know he worked it hard at one point then rebuilt it.

He basically admitted that he went about rebuilding it wrong. He came in looking for medium duty dump truck and I ended up talking to him for an hour about old chevy's.

He has a 1970 C10 that he keeps in one of those storage bubbles. someone offered him $13,500 for it and he said no. thats the truck I want to see.
