FINALLY found a good 250 head for my 70 K5. Cost me 163 bucks delivered to my door. Supposed to have only 1 hour run time since complete rebuild. I'm jazzed. Been running on 5 cylinders for months, trying to find another head. My old truck sounds like a popcorn popper going down the road. Narrowed the problem down to # 6 cylinder. Stay tuned for Saturday's head swap trilogy!

Don't see thoes straight 6s in K5s hardly ever..mater-O-fact I an't never seen one in person

Even running like it is, it still gets 18-20 mpg!!!! I just like the sound of the old girl, backing off down a long hill!!!!

You would have made it all the way up Engineer's on 5 cylinders if it wasn't for your hub. Damn amazing where that little 6 popper will go.
