My 1997 Olds 88 with 99k miles has a leaky cylinder head gasket, I have never changed one myself but with some help i want to teach myself. Is this hard to do, time consuming? How would i go about it, is the main question. Can someone walk me through the steps thanks!
That's what I'm wondering as I just went through all of that with a 3.4L. While the LIM gaskets like to leak, they do eat head gaskets, as well. I'm wondering if the only good fix isn't a 3800 swap.
