I feel ya man,,,it's hard to get motivated sometimes, especially when it's so frickin hot outside... and it ain't even mid June...Texas heat brings the suck... oppressively hot.
I gotta get back out and finish up the engine in my LUV truck...been dragging it out way too long..:surepal::surepal:

I got some wiring work done. Not as much as I'd like. Spent 2 plus hours after work out there. No heat here thou

Yeah, today was a bust for me too...
Wifey decided that my time was better spent clearing out flowerbeds and planting some new bushes and flowers...

well i put the driver side exhaust manifold on then looked up at the mile high wall of dirt coming towards Lubbock
and thats it for me today. Covered the exposed valley with trash bags and magnets and went inside

I went out to Odessa TX to work for a few months once,,,first day I was there I kept wondering " why does everything look so dusty...." Next morning I stepped out of the motel and saw this huge wall of brown heading in from the West...

I have never eaten so much dirt in all my life... holy sh*t,,,, I came to hate that city... was never so glad to get off of a job site...
oh...and the wind never stopped fawking blowing..

yeah, prior to that day I had never been West of Houston, so being a city slicker, I had never seen that before... and of course all of the guys on the crew thought that little tidbit of info would be funny to let me find out on my own... real funny guys... yeah.. laugh it up...
