Head unit recommendation needed

Crutchfield is very expensive compared to most. I have bought 3 head units and several speakers from this place and had great service. They are quite a bit less expensive also. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/

I just wanted to poke my head in really quick with my 2 cents. I know a lot of people are against eBay, but if you know how to use it and use it right, it is the best.

I recently picked up a little Civic for gas mileage. I have wanted to get a in dash dvd as long as I can remember. This time I wanted to pull the trigger and pick one up. I scoured eBay and finally found one. After the bidding ended and the dust settled, I am the proud owner of a barely used Kenwood Excelon kvt-815dvd for $300 after shipping. :eek1: I remember when this deck came out. I almost bought one then for ~$1200.

I just wanted to let others know what can be had if you search and trust. I researched and sent a couple emails back and forth with the guy before hand. He runs a custom stereo shop and they just got the new models in. He wants to run the models they carry in his personal rig. This thing is barely used! He also threw in a bunch of stuff (ipod interface, sirius box, a custom harness (all I needed to do was run the wires and plug it all in)).

Good luck!
