Anyone know what is correct-ish torque for header bolts? I was guessing maybe 20-25 lbs.? I have Thorley headers which have a really thick flange if that matters.

I would go tighter. I use a wrench and torque them down as hard as I can. They will loosen up if you dont. Also retighten after a week. If they are going into iron heads dont worry about stripping them, I havent seen it yet.

It's 30 on aluminum and 50-65 on iron heads. & retighten after some use.
