Headers for 93 chev 2wd 1 ton tow vehicle?

What would be the best headers for my tow vehicle?

1993 C3500 dually
350sbc, 5 speed manual
4.10 gears

Runs good but both factory exhaust manifolds are cracked so i figured i would upgrade to headers and add all the upgrades from cfm-tech while i am at it.

I use it to tow my car to the track and back thats about it.

Summit has a bunch of headers that fit late model TBI C-K trucks.
These are a direct bolt in to the stock exhaust y pipe.

they are the same price or less than replacing your stock cracked manifolds. will work good with the cfm-tech upgrades. Should be fine for light towing and general DD use.
If you want better quality go with Edelbrock TES system or Doug Thorley try Y.headers. but they cost a lot more.

PS if you post in the general forum you will get a lot of responses about headers that will not fit your truck so dont get too confused.
have a little Patience with the injection forum sometimes there is not a lot of traffic here.
 
Got the cfm-tech goodies installed (adj. fuel reg./inj. spacer/TB spacer/hypertech power charger) and can definately feel the difference. I have yet to do the headers which should help even more as both manifolds have big cracks.

Still running 13-13.5lbs. fuel pressure which is what it was stock. I am going to bump it up once i get the headers on.
 
I've got a set of Edelbrock 350 shorty headers I just took off, and I put on a set of long tube Hooker's.

I'd sell them for $150.

But even if you get stock replacement manifolds, go to true duals and get rid of that stock Y pipe.

I went the CFM tech route too. Good bang for the buck!
 
sorry to bump in but whats the difference in the headers when you say better quility thunder,and what are the cfm tech goodies? got a 1995 tbi c2500 as tow rig hard on gas and no guts.
