Which headers have some of you used on L83 swaps? I tried using the manifolds from the Yukon my engine came from, but the flange is way too close to the frame. I also didn't want to cut the frame to create more room.
I'm curious which brands fit best, or maybe another GM vehicle with manifolds that will fit?

I used speed engineering swap headers on the k5 we did

I'm guessing these are probably the ones you used? They look nice and they're a great price. Did you have any clearance issues?

Yeah that’s them. They fit good. If I remember right, I had to slightly kink one of the metal spark plug sleeves.

Once again thanks for the advice Fastereddie ! These fit great, and I can still access the spark plugs very easily.
They even come with V band connectors and the O2 sensor bung is welded in. 20230423_130659.jpg20230423_130729.jpg

my 2 wheel burn build i did stock manifolds for 03 5.3 and just had to cut and clock collector flange left side and take around 1/4" off right frame rail at already clearanced frame spot . pics are in it in my links in the sig line below .
