Thanks to all your input on motor mounts I had dyi ,make me custom motor mounts for my 86 k5 with 454 with th 350. What application and brand should I go with for headers?

Any headers that will fit a similar year 1/2-3/4 ton square body will work on your Blazer. I've had Flowtech and Hedman long tubes as well as Sanderson shorties on my Blazer using ORD motor mounts with no issues.

look for listings for 454 in K30 for headers.

Curious, did DIY4X mod their first gen motor mounts to fit your blazer? And did you get them with the cross member? Better yet, pics?
Yes they did however I special ordered them with extra 3/4 of inch taller they said that's as tall as they would recommend

Awesome, thanks for your help

Flowtech makes some mid-length headers for Chevy square bodies. Mid-length headers fit pretty good on 4-wheel drive trucks. Those headers are cheap though, and they will give you some problems, if you do not take the time to head off at the pass all the known problems that cheap headers will give you. I have also seen that those Flowtech headers need to have the triangle 3-bolt flanges cut off of them, and replaced with a band clamps, in order to have them fit and seal correctly.

Definitely good to know ,that would suck

Is the motor hot enough to need 2” headers?

Supposedly it's 500hp 454, I've only had it for month or so.alot of things it was supposed to have it doesn't, it does have 3/4 ton 14 bolt, was supposedly posi but it's not

My motor is a 502 rated somewhere in 575hp/600 ft lbs (according to comp cams desktop dyno lie o’meter) using the Sanderson headers. Yes, I lose some hp due to the compromise but I’m not worried about it as the application of the motor to the vehicle doesn’t warrant extracting every last pony. At your motor rating I think leaving a few ponies on the table is negligible too as ease of fit may overrule bragging rights.

Just my 2 cents.
