Headlight adjustment on 80 K5

Just put new 35" meats on her and the lights need to be adjusted down again.. problem being I can't rember for the life of me how to do it. I did it when I put the 3" lift on it but now I can't remeber..

Up and down adjustment screws are on the topside of the headlight, side to side adjustment screws are on either both insides or both outsides. There should be a little recess in the trim rim/bezel where the screws are.

is it just tighten to raise level and loosen to lower, or would it be loosen to adjust then tighten back up?
