Headlight Conversion Wiring Harness Question

I'm gathering up the parts to do my headlight conversion and was hoping someone could tell me the difference between the painless wiring kit, APC kit, and the Summit brand kit? I can only find specs on the painless kit, but it may not be worth $50 more...

Painless is $78
APC is $46
Summit is $30

You can build your own using this diagram. Just buy some relays and heavier than stock wire. You can get your relays here.
