headlight flashers

Why would ANY flashing WHITE light be any concern to a Police Officer? As long as it's not Blue, Red, or Purple, it's absolutly legal.

i dont know state to state, but i know any warning light on a vehicle is illegal except in certian circumstances. For example blue for firefighters, green for ems or amber for hazzard lights. Headlight flashers or stobes or any white flashing lights is illegal in new york, and it makes sense because people dont know what you are, you could be misinterpreted for a cop, which people will probably move for you and possibly cause an accident. Or could be distracting to drivers. Even if its not illegal in your state i can easily see why a cop would give you a problem. Sure, any asshole can buy any color light, but if you run certian color lights at least you are identifying your purpose. Headlight flashers could be a problem because you really just see them in vehicles of authority.

Personally i wouldnt do it, at least without the amber there to show a hazzard, people asociate amber with hazzard. IF you wanna save money forget the flashers and just go for the amber decklights

Mines a Streethawk, too. I couldnt find a pic with one that had the center speaker so I found a generic one. It's pretty old, but it works like a charm. Got it for free cuz the PO couldnt make it work. I changed out all the bulbs and it fired right up.:D

Nothing illegal with whites or ambers here. Besides that, I know I won't have any issues where I'm at.

I would think using strobes while rolling would be though..

I'm assuming to flash headlights, parking lights, tail lights, and reverse lights I'd need at least two separate units?
