Headlight Problem

Hey everyone. Recently my left headlight went 'dim'. It lights up, but no light projects. Also when the headlights are on, the left blink has problems. When I activate the blinker, it blinks once every 7 seconds or so. When the headlight are off, the blinker works perfect. My tail lights work fine, and all of my blinker are working when the lights are off. I have not recently changed any wiring in my truck.

I replaced the headlamp when I first experienced this problem, but the brand new headlight had the same effect. Any ideas?
