I bought a vinyl flooring kit from them, and I don't have anything good to say about it. It didn't fit well, I had to trim it way too much, and many of the "premolded" spots were just done wrong.

Question!!!!!
The Kilamat (Dynomat) does well on the ceiling? Doesn’t fall down with some 118* temps?

I’ve got some in my work van doors and had it for other vehicles where sound quality mattered. I’d like to stick that stuff to every inch of any new project I end up with, including under headliner.

Not so far. It's been on there 3 Arizona summers and going strong.

That’s great to hear :waytogo:
What was the prep? I don’t think bare metal would be good. Maybe bare and shoot some flat on it before applying?

When you insulate a Van you need to weary of condensation, esp if camping in the cold. If you don't have a solid vapor barrier moisture will get in between the metal and the insulation, w/o good air flow it will rust. 1 of my E200's was converted in the 70's and they used pink fiberglass insulation, that poor van has a lot of rust.

if I were to do it today I would this stuff https://havelockwool.com/van-insulation-products/ at least in walls and ceiling. Kilmat/dynamat or simialr on floor.

Doesn't matter. I'll take a pic when I get home. It's not horrible looking but I think would better with Kilmat covere
I have the factory headliner in my K5. This is a perforated foam backed vinyl material that is glued onto cardboard. I could not find this vinyl material anywhere so I had a company make some new headliner material just like the original.

These looks nice...more sure if cloth is better than vinyl. How do you know if your model was originally equipped with a headliner? I see screw holes on mine but...
