Sounds like canyon lands camp ground is booked up for the cabins due to a wedding. That is all.

Staying at slickrock, there were still openings Thursday when we called

Reading scuzzy reviews on slickrock campground. We're relocating

Not sure where yet

Moab Valley RV is nice.

It was where we always stayed until Keith ruined it for us by inviting us to share a family room with him.

I like free breakfast. Gallons of orange juice was consumed

With or without gallons of vodka?

We booked three cabins at moab rim.I just read that the Koa is anti offroading. Saw this on red rock four wheelers face book page.

Just booked a cabin at Moab Rim. They only have one cabin and a cottage left.

Being new to this, can I just tent it? Do I need to reserve something?

Most of the places spoken of have tent sites but always best to reserve whatever.

There are BLM tent sites outside of town a couple miles that are way cheap

I read something about this going on at EJS, I don't agree with the BLM and the .gov stuff but can you blame them? Go look at some of these non campground areas that have been used for camping and tell me the average person using them has any respect for the land and what they're doing to it. It's honestly appalling to me the way some of these campers leave their camps when done.

That being said cracking down is going to do is push them into new areas to destroy and create other problem areas.

Good news is that due to some miscommunication in my world we overbooked at Moab Rim so we have at least 1 cabin available Friday night and Saturday night, and OR a Cottage with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds available.

First time I went to Moab was in 97ish.

They have been slowly closing all the places you could camp for free.

It's exactly what Brandon says though. Some of these people leave a huge mess.

It runs the gamut from granola crunching hippies to off road guys.

I don't like it but I agree with it unfortunately.

I was talking about the designated pay sites though.
