Heaph's Build Thread - Built not Bought

Gotta make another comment:

I have a hard-on! :doah: :D

Did I miss the offset on those wheels? They look center offset?

Are 14" width wheels the suggested size for these tires?

I am trying to go ALOT narrower.

I want pictures of you when you try to fill the gas tank for the first time... you might even want to make it a youtube video now that I think about it. :D

:haha: :haha: X2

That thing is gonna look awesome once you get the body on!

made this "diaper" to hang the np200 last night. Still need to make some mounting tabs and come up with some wings to bolt to the frame. Chucks trucks sells something like this for $400. The more and more I weld the more I learn that, like painting, its all in the prep.

Yeah if you don't prep a surface to weld it usually looks like crap . The more you put in the better the outcome is :)

Can I consider myself a self taught rookie fabricator?

There's nothing "rookie" about your work. I've seen work done by "professionals" that wouldn't hold a candle to your skillz...:D
