Heard of a Ramsey DC9 Winch?

Craigslist deal; looks remarkably like the old Bellevue winches that Warn rebadged as the 5687 and 8274 and that lot. Has to be hella old, which makes it kind cool ... also has the goofy Ramsey mounting which works well for the hidden mounts I'm so found of

Anyway, I found a model DC8 as an "industrial" model from Ramsey currently ... but anybody know anything about these?
