My heart skipped a beat tonight. I was at Wal-Mart getting a new headlight when this little kid came next to me and was looking at what I was doing. He said to me "Nice monster truck." THE THING IS BONE STOCK!! I had to breathe again...I looked down at him and said "Thank you young man. Are you gonna own one of these when you are older?" "Yes Sir!!," said the young lad. Then his mother drug him away mumbling something about kids and mud...Gotta teach em young!!

. My 8 year old loves getting driven to school in it when the hard top is off (75 so full removable). She can just get in it and has to jump out. LOL. All her little buddies just stare at it. Looks pretty well like something out of road warrior.

My 4 yearold thinks her BIG blue truck can do anything go any place> From her side I guess it does just that!

Fine example of a future Wheeler. Now, maybe what he really meant - Nice Monster Truck translates into "Hey Mom, look at that Monster behind the wheel!!" Just kidding.

Hahah, you gotta admit, even a stock K5 looks like a monster truck when you have to crawl up into the engine bay to even touch the engine! With 4" of lift, I have to sit on the fender with my feet standing inside on the frame next to the manifold.

What, Me Worry?

I'll second that....4" lift 35"tires and It is also funny to see peoples faces as you climb out of under the hood and they see thaat your 6'4" and still have to climb in to work on it.....at least untill I build my new garage that will let the k-5 in the garage......

your k5 won't fit in the garage with 4 inches of lift and 35's? Man.. guess I'm lucky.. thought all garage door's are the same height...
Youngin's always tell me nice truck.. I like taking it to Sonic and watching all the kid's stare at my truck while I sit there and enjoy my pina colado slushie....

When I pull out of my alley there is this group of kids that plays there and I always get a couple of wows. What is better, I like the startled look when the driver in the car beside you looks out their window but the best is the view of the driver in the car beside you. That one is my favourite.

If you are having too much fun it's probably illegal.

all the losers at my school are like "eeeuuuwww!!!! it's so old!" or "how can you drive that huge thing, i can't handle my mom's explorer?" but i do like it when you pull up next to someone and all they can see is a 36" super swamper.

My garage is so small, my Z-71 won't fit and its stock,, when I use to change the oil in my Burb, I could pull the truck in up to the window, just enough to get the door's past the garage door opening, then slide out when i opened it. IMAGINE how much fun it would be to try to get the K5 in there,, maybe I could get the brush guard in.... I WANT A NEW GARAGE!!! Hub says, we need a new garage too, but just for his, which means, I WANT A 4 BAY GARAGE WITH 20 FOOT DOORS!
oh I wish I wish upon a star,,, LOL!
