yes it is
I hate to say it, but I can't find the cable in either the AC or heater sections of the parts manual. Everything related to those systems I can find, and all the small parts, but no cables...
Only thing I can think of is to ask in the parts wanted section here, unless a GM dealer is willing to help you, sorry.
