heater core hose info

i know its 5/8" and 3/4" hose and fittings .

but i dont recall the what size is the in and out flow ?

trying plan my trip for hose fittings for the intake .

i need the intake 1/2" pipe thread to what size hose ?

then return is on the 87 radiator tank .

5/8” out from intake.
3/4” into radiator.
That’s how mine is. ‘84 K5
