The studs that go through the fire wall, does anyone know what they call them so I can look up new ones. The two on the bottom broke as they were all rusted up really bad...

Heater Core Housing Studs

Did you take the broken ones out? I want to venture a guess they are carriage bolts, but I know there is some sort of clip or assembly that holds them to the inner heater box, so it may not be that simple. I also want to say they have a flat head, unlike most carriage bolts.
Parts manual (in my sig) may give a part number for those which you might be able to get a visual of online...?
