Heater hose

I'm doing a intake manifold gasket job, and have drained the coolant. I want to replace the heater hoses at the same time. The heater core to radiator looks like standard hose, but the heater to the intake manifold, has a formed metal tube at the end where it attaches to the intake. I can't find this replacement hose anywhere. Any idea where I could get one?

Get rid of the formed steel pipe and put a old school hose barb and connect hose directly to the manifold.

you can slice the crimped collet and put heater hose with a hose clamp. If you want it to look factory a brass or aluminum collet can be crimped on.
