heater problems

Well Ive done just about everything that I can think of with the cooling system. What do I need to do next? Things that I've done

1 new engine bout 400 miles ago already had proper break in.
2 new water pump 1500 miles ago
3 new heater core
4 heater hose is running out of water pump???
think this is my problem dont know???
5 new heater hoses
6 new antifreeze and its properly filled!

What to do ??? dont know thanks for all the help you all can give me in advance 5 degrees F is very cold to be driving in without a heater. also have to scrape windows 3 times to get to work 3 miles away thanks

Do you have a t-stat or a stuck fail safe t-stat.. Just throwing it out there...

Might help to know what you're problem is with the heater. Does the blower motor work? What about the cable controls? How's the vacuum lines under the dash?
