I have a 1974 squarebody suburban with rear ac is it possible to add on along with ac heat to it ??

Welcome @papalio

There may be a heater core in the rear air assembly. Take the cover down to see. You might have to take upright cover off first.
My 77 with add on rear air has a heater core.
If you have an existing heater core, it will need to be hooked up. @ 50' of heater hose a control valve and 2 y connections. Plus a way to turn the existing fan on for the heat.
Another option would be add a whole stand alone heater on the bed in the rear. Something like this IP-164H - Unversal Compact Heater https://a.co/d/b0zlYH4

Factory rear AC and Heaters are two separate units. Rear AC is installed in the roof at the rear while heat goes in the passenger side floor in the rear. Your best bet is to find a donor with all the switches, wiring harness, heater unit, and tubing that runs the length of the passenger side frame rail, etc.
