What motor mounts are you using?
Going off of memory but that looks like an NV4500/NP205? Are those the only mounts?

The current mount has a void in in the rubber that immediately smashes all the way down when you drop the weight off the jack. Originally I thought it was fine but after 3000 miles it was tore up. It is a nv4500 and np205. The mount is for an nv4500 but for whatever reason isn't holding up. I think it may have something to do with the torque of the cummins. The motor mounts for the cummins have a solid bushing in them I feel like that would be better for the trans mount too.

the stock style rubber replacements these days SUCK on quality .
swap to polly and or make your own with builder kits from places like diy4x or ruffstuff .
