Hey all - I discovered an issue with my 830s and finally decided to come pick everyones brain again.

I was under the truck checking ball flange bolts for tightness when I had to get into an ackward position to reach one of them.

I discovered ... Contact points ...

The obvious contact points, that Ive known about, are to the inner frame edges. When the engine torques, the headers smack either chosen side. Im about to buy some new motor mounts but wonder if theres anything else I might look for while Im at it. Ive got some chaff guard that will press onto the frame but that doesnt stop the actual problem. Ideas ?

Another, recently discovered contact point is the friggin front differential. I was shocked at this one. I will be raising the truck 6" eventually - But who knows when that actually is. I am wondering if there is a shim/spacer/adapter to raise the engine an inch or so. Or maybe someone has an idea on this one too ?

Obvoiusly, my suspension is beyond shot - I havent taken it off road since the headers went up. That and a wheel/tire package is up coming. But what about the frame clearance ?

Thanks for the read guys (and gals too) - Lets hear what you think !

I just started checking email and there you were Craig.

I thought to reply to your question about angled plugs on the Trick heads (in the other thread) but I do not fit the category, yet.

Sorry man - :( - Im stock all the way 'til she blows.
